Oc levels or app? For app I strongly suggest jrummy's and for levels I find that ulv 1.2 or 1.25 s stable and quick without excessively hurting batt life.

That will vary from phone to phone. My girl's is on the lv 1.25 setting.

What's the recommended OC'ing?

Tethering is running say a laptop or iPod off of your phone's internet. Basically, it turns your phone into a WiFi hotspot. Don't feel under par because of your age buddy, I know a themer who is 14 and a ROM developer that's 17! ;)

Thanks. And what's tethering? I'm only 15 and this is my first android phone so I don't really know about all this

Yes tethering is free for us rooters. As for overclocking just open the app and got to set scalling frequencies and then choose either ultra low voltage or low voltage and then pick your oc values.

Search barnacle or wireless tether. There's a ton of em out there but I don't use em sincee I have nothing to tether to so I don't have any advice as to which is best.

Thank you. I got that. Is that all I have to do for overclocking? There was a rectangle with 4 frequencies in it and I picked the one where the max is 1.2

That's all you have to do. You can set up profiles if you wish to scale the speed back given certain conditions like screen off and battery level though.

What does apply on boot mean?
It'll save my setting for the next time I reboot?

Yes but I would shy away from it for a few days just in case you end up with some instability

Okay thanks. Are you over clocked? If so, at what frequency?
