ok so everything was running great until i found out i couldnt send pic messages wiped cache and did a factory reset now i lost the new transitions

A factory reset shouldn't get rid of transitions, they're defined on in the framework. Check to make sure in your settings, you have animations turned on.

Also, what version of ApeX are you running? The latest version is now at this thread:

And finally, which messaging app are you using? I just shot off a pic message to my buddy to test, hopefully he's awake to let me know if he got it or not
