I think you can get to it with Astro File manager without root.
Yup looks like cache can be accessed that way.
Actually, simply mentioning that you received a soak test email violates the agreement. I was informed of this by the guy that runs the Motorola Forum and as it turns out also maintains the actual soak test list.
Ha I thought I read somewhere your not supposed to tell people you got the soak email . Your not supposed to be like "I got the soak email!!!!!" Lol
Proof please "I thought" and "I was informed" is not proof.

Did very few people get the email or has the Bionic forum in general become very quiet?
The Bionic is slowly dying out. And most of the tech savvy people that even know about things like soak tests, have more than likely moved on to better devices.
Or moved on to other forums...some tech savvy folks, including SamuriHL on
DROID BIONIC Jelly Bean Update
Of course, the soak news is just as quiet as everyone's just waiting, so discussion has been about many things...but I'm sure will pick up once JB soak and then OTA hits.
^^^True dat too!^^^
Huh? This is not second hand knowledge, go look it up on the Motorola Bionic forums. He states very clearly that posting up that you received a soak test email violates the agreement. I'm not saying a agree, but he's the guy that runs the show so that is all that matters.
Update is suppose to start rolling out in phases April 15th which means most likely the Soak Test will take place starting today through the weekend if maybe at all who knows those who are part of it will find out soon I suppose.
Btw this has been confirmed by Big Red
