Yes, have to run option 1, that will allow you to get the ICS recovery on the phone!

I really don't want to make a trip to the Verizon store today to get a new phone

One more, what version of the utility are you running, sorry if I have asked this once?

Ok, you need to simulate a battery pull. Hold power button and the volume down keys together. When phone powers off hold down the power, volume up and volume down keys together, this will put you in fast boot mode!

Worked out all my issues last night and got everything working! ICS is amazing!

Ok that worked now i will try to run Matts utility

Ok making sure! Let me ask you this, when you downloaded the file, did you make a folder and extract the file there? We are definitely missing something if its doing it on both machines!
