eee-eye is how you pronounce it when it's spelled with two ii's like somebody did (Nexii). Nexi well of course would be nex-eye!

I'm gonna pull the pic until he tells me what they say for a release date thursday morning. Sorry. Everytime I post something on the internet, it gets someone in trouble, and I don't want him getting fired. Even though, I doubt he would, I don't want to take the chance.

. Leaving to visit colleges thurs... wont be at a store on friday, probably going to get back late friday. By saturday, Odds are the phone will be sold out

You know, I think we'd all be surprised how many people know about this phone outside the forums, not saying it's a ton, but I have had several people who don't know a lot about phones ask me if I have heard when the Nexus is going to be released. Again not saying the number is huge but people do know about it, it's been featured on several news sites, tech sites, and so on....

If I were to play the odds I would bet it won't even be released by Saturday let alone sold out. Seriously doubt you have anything to worry about.
I agree, this phone is not getting much general public exposure. Which in our case is a good thing. Many of you must be saying "but it's on Engadget and Droid life and etc." these are the kinds of sites the general public doesn't visit. If you're on this board you're a bit of a nerd

Just called two VZW stores in my area. First one told me "maybe Friday, maybe next week, we're not sure." Second one told me, "I can't say anything officially, but Friday would be a really good day to swing by the store." I pressed on the second guy and he took my name and number and told me he'd hold a GNex for me on Friday. !@#$ is getting real, nerds.
