No troll. Stopped by my local store north of Charlotte NC in Mooresville. It is a high grossing store in an affluent town and they move a lot of phones. They did not waste anytime letting me know they would be availible this coming week.

Bah , the president of Samsung himself and Google said the phone will be available in November and look where we are . But I guess the floor manager at the VZW store in Mooresville knows better .

It was available in November, just not on Verizon.

The only thing Google said was it would be released in the UK in November and everywhere else soon after.

Yeah, but then there was a problem with the phone.. I'm glad it didn't come out, I'd of been mad that the best phone "ever" came with that problem.

Nothing personal man , I was just saying . I heard so many rumors , some from people high up . It's hard for me to believe a Verizon store sales person , we all now how uninformed most of them are .

Do you guys think it will sell out in-stores on day 1? Just trying to figure out my best plan of attack. I prefer to have it day 1 but don't want to run the risk of it selling out online and in the stores.

Not trying to get everyone more frustrated than we all are already with this whole release, but yesterday I had gone to my local verizon store and my friend there said he hadn't heard or received any information regarding the Galaxy Nexus and a release date yet. He said he had played with one about a month ago and that it was supposed to release in November (obviously), but that was it... I was very shocked to hear this, because of all the talk about this week being "the week"... he told me he would call me as soon as he received any information regarding the phone and I hope I get a call this week... I live in a small town in WI so maybe it's just taking a day or 2 more to recieve all the goodies? I hope this is the case because my D1 is not cutting it anymore and I've been looking forward to upgrading since summer.
