It was a combo of the store closing and being rather excited to be playing with the phone finally. I also had the samsung rep staring at me while I was doing it - it was a little unnerving lol.

You should definitely preorder it. This device has an silent hidden following i can feel it. :biggrin: I really dont know though, its hard to gauge how popular it is so u should preorder just in case. Not sure how that would affect waiting on Saturday though. If you have to wait then i guess youd be fine because its either the 8th or the 9th and you know theyll probably need some more on Monday. Dont test out the Sunday waters.

cant preorder... wouldnt be able to use the vouchers from livingsocial. if its not in stock, 3 days after. then i will be really pissed. i hope the 9th is the preorder. never thought id hope the release would be delayed.

But after being married 20 years, it's much easier to just avoid unnecessary drama. It is my Christmas present, we pick our own. Just kinda rare to have everything come together, until I have my nexus in my hand, there's still a chance things can go wrong.

As most have said recently, you really think Verizon cares about the phone? Especially with the release of the buggy Bionics and others.

I don't think they really care about releasing a phone with a couple of bugs.

But who knows that Google ain't sitting back saying were gonna get this crap right before its released? How do u or anyone else know that? U know what I mean, yeah that might not be the case but no one really knows.

For sure, I get what you are saying. But it would be nice to be able to do just that - know. It wouldn't hurt verizon to just give us a little info on what is going on.

No it really is all on Verizon. Google stated before that they were given a timeframe by the Carriers and that they met that deadline (probably Nov 17th). They said that "launching" a device is the Carriers responsibility and not theirs. So anytime after 17th is all on Verizon

its already on a printed, double laminated, sheet of paper on my wall. It is surrounded by a nice wooden frame, under which says "I was in this video, :happy:" and yes, i traced the :happy:
