No, just start over from the beginning. I suggest you redownload all the files again just in case one of them was corrupt. If everything went fine it should mount your external sd card.

I assume the sd card was not physically moved during the process, but it won't hurt to take it out and put it back in. Just make sure the phone is off.

You'd better get one, put it in a card reader or some other phone, download and place the ICS leak on it, then put it in your phone and continue.

will update as I get further along, instead of adding a new reply to the thread. if anyone is reading, any thoughts on pushing 212 instead of 211?

also wondering, in the droid 4 utility there is this step:
7. Select Menu 12 and let it run.
menu 12 option is:
12. Flash the ICSFIX Kernel (boot.img)

at the prompt at the bottom of the code block above, I typed "12" and pressed enter (without quotes) it appears to be running the exact same process again (I'll post the output in a code block below when finished)... is this necessary for the 211 update process?

Please make a selection or hit ENTER to return:

I am 90% certain it just ran the same thing, due to this section of code at the end of menu 1:

Code:
	set choice=
echo.&set /p choice= Please make a selection or hit ENTER to return: ||GOTO:EOF
	echo.&call:bootsubmenu_%choice%
color 0b
cls
GOTO:menu_1

So, I pressed enter with no number and it brought me back to the main menu, which is not what is in the thread for the utility.. guess that needs updating...
Code:
1 Restore Droid RAZR to 6.12.181
2 Gingerbread Root (NOT FOR ICS)
3 Ice Cream Sandwich Root (Not for GB or 6.14.75)
  4 Unroot
5 Install Voodoo's OTA Rootkeeper App
6 Install Bootstrap Recovery App (GB version)
7 Install Bootstrap Recovery App (ICS version)
8 Install Safestrap Recovery App (GB and ICS Compatible)
  9 Overclock Install (Gingerbread)
10 Overclock Install (Ice Cream Sandwich)
  11 ADB Shell
  12 Reboot Phone

Too powerful to fall into the wrong hands.

Please make a selection or hit ENTER to exit:

looks like that step can be skipped...

If you are on stock GB 219 you don't have to run number 12. Just put the OTA of you choice on your external sdcard boot to recovery and flash. D4 out of the box doesn't come with a sd card. It goes in the back right on top of the sim.

It looks like you have my tool and the razr tool mixed up some how. If are on stock GB you don't need the tool to go to ICS. I just updated my tool post you might want to read through it. In my tool menu 12 is to push the ICS kernel for those already on a different ICS leak to move to another leak.

I pulled it down from the first link on the OP in this thread. and then followed the instructions on your post. just DL'd your file and I see the differences. well I think it is at 219 now... I was able to flash the ICS kernel using the unstuck tool...

will see how it goes from there.

Where did you get the files that you ran the tool with? Does your phone boot? It should be on ..219 under settings, about phone. If you flashed the razr files you will need to download the GB fastboot files and flash that to be on the right software. If you are on ...219 then that is stock official.
