sorry for more off-topic but if that's true, that's my next phone, done.
on-topic: donation sent.
hey everyone i just wanted to put a thank you out to those who have donated so far. we haven't gotten enough to get a phone yet but i really appreciate the generosity thus far
regardless of whether this works or not i'm going to do my best to get ruby out, but i asked sniffle to put a donation campaign together because tbh, it is simply getting too frustrating to develop on something i can't physically see/poke/prod >< haha.
for instance: i may want to test if a 1-line code change fixes the boot issue, but to do that i must recompile the source, redistribute it, and wait for the redistribution. in total this leads to testing 1-to-2 changes per day.
if i were to have a device, i could just change the file and flash it myself, which would take less than a minute.
it is for this reason that after fussing around with it for nearly two weeks in this slow-going fashion, i have finally yielded to the need to actually have the device
i will continue my work without for now but i just wanted to put a thank you out to all of those who are helping out for the cause it really means a lot to me and i will guarantee the best product i can give you in return ^.^
any Donation I get from DE port will go to this cause!!!
this is big, good luck.
posted a link on incredible forum. hopefully more people will see this and get interested in seeing you get it done.
Ruby (from the makers of sapphire)

A huge thanks to those that have donated!! we are getting much closer! every dollar counts.
Keep up the good work.
10-spot sent your way... and I don't even have a droid incredible. But I love the sapphire roms and I want to keep you doing what you do so well.
Just stay in the scene so my next phone after my droid1 has a good selection of quality devs.
Keep up the good work.
While I haven't tried out Sapphire yet, I've been following your project for a while and want to congratulate you folks on the release of Sapphire 1.0! I'm psyched to see BGill as a part of the team, and hope to one day see Ruby realized for the Incredible. Small donation sent your way, keep up the great work!
Proof of Concept
Today is a special day, folks wanting Ruby!
The first ever BOOTING copy of Ruby!

Explain this Droid Pro . . .I thought all Moto phones moving forward were to have locked boot loaders?
On topic, how will HTC's Sense play into Ruby? Sense is proprietary to HTC, I think, so no go? Not a big deal for me, various community themes are far better than anything I've seen in Sense.
Tactics for convincing Incredible owners to root and flash?
