new to rooting

    ive never rooted my droid but am finally willing to do so for fear of bricking my phone. since the new 2.2.1 came out how would i go about doing this?

    Well first, which droid do you have? There are many different models of droids and rooting methods are usually specific to each model.

    Unfortunately, this would have been easier for you (z4root) if you'd rooted before the update. :(

    is there a way to go back to 2.2? the girlfriend updated for me when she was playing with my phone:icon_evil:
