I'm going on 10+ days at a crack without rebooting on average and so far haven't found a single thing that needed doing that it couldn't do.

(Except make toast. But I'm not overclocking it. )

Mine is completely stock (Nexus 6) and I don't have any of the issues you mentioned. While they may have been an issue in the past, leading people to root and ROM, they haven't been an issue on Android in a good while.
