Looking forward to permanently (hidden and clean) running a charging and audio cable to the car mount. That audio jack is a great feature. Also the metal prongs being able to do power and audio? WTHeck... that's some cool tech there. I'm sure it has been around and in other stuff, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. That makes it so easy to put in and out without pushing in hdmi/microusb ends

The prongs are a great idea. I always thought it was stupid to have the plugin port as the dock charger. To me it always feels like I'm about to snap the xoom off its dock. I guess I grew up on always just dropping my dads walkie talki in a quick charger and even my past phones had quick charge ports. Phone doesn't have to come in at exactly the right angle anymore with the ports.

Amazon usually has cheap stuff like that. I think vz screen covors are like 20 bucks but on amazon the same stuff is like $1. Not saying itl be like this on day 1 but u can be sure they will eventually be like this just from the fact that this phone will be available on several carriers.

ok have tried to post this 3 times now......
been following vzwsupport.
they have been saying release still on track for dec.
today they have changed that and tweeted at least 4 times with we are on track to release info on the availability by the end of the year.
worse is they are lying saying this is what they have been saying which is not true.
may be nothing but such an obvious change in their wording and trying to convince that this is what they have been saying is worry-some.
