Gonna build cyanogenmod 7 for the pro

To your question on whats most important to me:

1. Battery life (?) I don't know if it's only me with this problem but I seem to have very bad battery life. I had my phone charged 100% last night before I went to bed and turned off 3G, Wifi, GPS, Autosync etc. I woke up 7 hours later and it was down to 40%. A 60% drop in battery with no 3G and use seems a little absurd.

2. Word suggestions
3. Camera
4. Various bugs (haptic feedback, 3G off, etc)

GSM isn't important as I'm in USA :)

Though don't stress too much, the majority of the phone's functionalities work and that is impressive enough. You're doing great work :P

I'd give the battery life issue a day or two. Formating and installing .zips in clockwork takes a lot out of the battery and since the android system isn't technically on with clockwork doing its thing, the battery life is inaccurate because it doesn't take into account the life lost when flashing so the battery may drop from 30% to 10% in a matter of minutes randomly once the system realizes it lost life

I was always having weird issues with battery until I found the culprits that were draining it. Another culprit of mine was the Facebook sync, I removed that account and that restored battery life to normal for me almost instantly. There's another app out there called Battery Left that once it learns your battery pattern you'll get a more accurate reading. Also, check the battery graph in settings -> battery & data manager -> battery usage. That graph sometimes helps.

lol no youre good at 2.26.60. if something ever happens to your phone and you have to sbf, you can just sbf to 2.26.60 no need to go to the 2.26.20 then upgrade partner

Where is there an available 2.26.60 sbf file? I have the 3.8.7 file (from the TBH app) and the "official" 2.26.20 sbf file but would love to have the 2.26.60 sbf file for CyanogenMod purposes.

Why do you want 60? I've come from 20 twice with no problems.

I was honestly just curious if he knew of a 2.26.60 sbf. The more sbf files the better in my opinion that way its more convenient going back to whichever version you prefer. I'm fully aware that coming from 20/60 works fine, that's not what I'm asking. I'm just asking where the 2.26.60 sbf file he was talking about can be downloaded because I was unaware that one existed.

Not sure about that one. Might be easier to locate the update.zip file for it and flash that in recovery after sbf.

Thanks for your help, but I am not asking for easy ways to get from .20 to .60. I am simply asking JackpotClavin if he could share where the supposed 2.26.60 sbf file he spoke of is. That's it.

Hey everyone,

First off I'd like to thank JackpotClavin for all the work he's put into this ROM. Its worlds better than any of the stock ones we've had before and its not even done. To think, I was considering swapping my Droid Pro out for an iPhone...

Anyways, I have a question. I have the ROM installed, everything seems to be working great, however, my phone will not vibrate on text messages or emails even though all the settings are set to Always. The phone vibrates when I get a phone call and the haptic feedback works so I'm pretty sure it isn't a hardware issue. I've read through the entire 18 pages of this thread and found nothing referring to this. If someone could let me know if I missed something I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

Matt
