Welcome to Eclipse for the Droid Razr. As I normally do with my Motorola builds I remove just about as much blur as I can and replace them with their AOSP counterparts. I have compiled the AOSP apps against the Razr framework for the best compatibility. All the AOSP apps are from my modded AOSP eclipse source. So they do come with extra goodies!

Things to know:
If you like blur apps such as Smart Actions, the blur widgets (this includes the contacts widget), or anything that says Motorola this is not the rom for you. If you do not like everything blacked out/inverted then this is not the rom for you.

Instructions:
You must be running some flavor of ICS to be able to run this rom.

Installation instructions:
1. Boot into safestrap - tested with v3.05
2. Wipe Data/factory reset
3. Install Eclipse Razr ICS zip (install takes a little while)
4. Boot phone (Initial boot takes a little while)
5. Profit from its beauty

Great ROM.

I went with nova launcher.

All works well for me other than smart actions.

Was curious if anyone was able to get it to work. The app crashes when I try to add my own timeframe.

Otherwise great ROM, thx.

I tried to install the ROM I did the bootstrap recovery, wiped data, and went to install it and it goes through the actions and says it was installed and I reboot the phone ..and nothing changed? I'm on the 4.0.4 version ICS if that makes a difference??

I think in order for it to work you will need to use Safestrap....it makes a difference

Do we need to use a specific version of safestrap? can we use... Safestrap « Hash-of-Codes the 2.0 for ICSleak there?

*edit*

Nevermind, i got ss 2.0 from droidrazrroot, that guy is really helpful for uber noobs like myself. Anyway, thanks OP for this rom... love it.

I'm considering flashing a rom for the first time. Before I do, I'd like to confirm if Eclipse Razr ICS 1.2 runs Flash well. This has been a real sore point with me for the stock ICS upgrade I'm currently running. I cannot get Flash to work despite all the suggested attempts. I may even flash back to a Gingerbread Rom like Eclipse 1.3 GB. I'd appreciate any confirmations on how well Flash runs on Eclipse Razr ICS 1.2.

Oh, another aspect is Webtop 3.0. I really like it despite no Flash. Is this maintained in Eclipse Razr ICS 1.2? I use my Lapdock a lot while traveling.

How about wifi tether? I don't see it and Barnicle Wi-Fi doesn't work.
