Yep, it stays red during charging and then turns blue or green once done... can't remember exactly right now..

Assuming that the LED is configured like the Note 2, it will be red when charging and green when fully charged. With TouchWiz there is also a notification that pops up to tell you the battery is fully charged and you should unplug it from the charger.
