To cache clean or not to cache clean

That is the question. I used to think it was important and necessary but after reading some Internet articles that argue against it I'm officially confused. Thoughts? My Ram is right at half used. Device memory is approximately 2 gigs used with 7 gigs available.

I would say do it, but don't over do it. There is a great app called Clean Master that will clean it for you for the most part. The thing about cleaning cache is that much of it comes right back again so, to some extent, it's a false sense of having accomplished something big. But I do it once a week using that app. It helps some for sure.
