Market theme

Does anyone have a guide to changing/creating a theme for the Market app? I've noticed some themes change the market colors a bit but I'm not looking for a whole theme....Just for the Market specifically. I'm moderately familiar with using Ninjamorph. Would I havan issues since it's a system apk?
