Sudden appearance of old Market...

Hey everyone...not sure if this is the correct place for this question. Ever since yesterday, when I started theming my droid pro with Ninjamorph, draw9patch and eclipse, I've started getting the old market, from I think 2.1, instead of the new and cooler one. I even have to click the agreement button again..now I'm not sure what's causing it to happen but would like insight as to if anyone else has come across this issue.
