Are the new commands such as "1000" and "1100" ULV? or are these SV?

Ok cool, so let me just get this straight. The commands are temporary and will be gone until we reboot.

So if want the "1000" command to be permanant, we run the command, write down the vsels/speeds and then run the "prime" command and open /etc/init.d/overclock and edit them to match the values?

    sysrw
    cp /system/bin/1000 /etc/init.d/20overclock
    sysro

I advise sticking with the stock voltage, a bad edit of the 20overclock will cause a bootloop.

So disappointed did a full wipe, reflashed ROM, then flashed kernel at same time, still can't get to work on my phone with PE 6.5.
