Help with step by step instructions on transferring a video from my d3 to a rw dvd?

I searched but couldn't find much of anything. If someone has a link that would be great. Btw im running windows 7. I do have a drive capable of rewriting a dvd. Thank you in advance.

Why not post your method and software used? There are a hundred ways to do this. SOme better than others.
