although its not as good as the galaxy s pulldown widget,
"power control plus" can fill this function by adding custom controls to your notification bar.

A Pulldown powerwidget

I'm sure people would like to see the galaxy s scrollable version
but I'd be good with one that just has 5 slots and the ability to
pick the buttons that hold those spots.

This is great for led-flashlight, and wifi, bluetooth.
No more taking up room on the homescreen for toggle widgets.

Thanks for everything this rom rules!

I also would like to somehow edit the icons in the app drawer. But that probably needs some work from Google I surmise.

Doesn't ADW Launcher EX and/or LauncherPro Plus allow this?

I know the one thing I miss from UD on my D1 is the ability to have a different color notification LED for each type of notification. Ex when I got a gmail, it'd blink green, a text it would blink blue, etc. Is that possible on the DX/Liberty?

Try Go SMS, you can get pop-up notifications and change the LED color

Tried Go SMS and while it did have the option to change LED color it did not work. Always blinked green.

I use Gmail Notifier to control the blinking/color of the LED for my Gmail account.

You rule, now I don't have to wait for it to ported to each individual rom, this is definitely one of my favorite android features.

Thanks again!

I'd like to see the multiple animations for the menus like apex, DS4.2 and Tranq. Built in multiple color swype and gingerbread keyboard apks to match the different themes. Easy way to have a section to place app apks to automatically install apps after installing rom. A built in OC app. I'll edit if I can think of more. Thanks for considering.

This is a great ROM, a great thread, and I'm sure the combination will only make it better.

As for my input, here are my requests:

1. lockscreen gestures. Clean lockscreen and native support would be awesome.

2. Power control widget in notification bar. Native support would be one less thing I need to install myself.

3. Shake to answer. Again, native support would be one less thing to install. Would be GREAT here in MN winter...

At some point, there has to be a line drawn between a ROM and standalone apps, though, so if even any of these are implemented, I'll be happy. :)

Speed Dial. An option for the phone to return to the homescreen when unlocking it from sleep as opposed to it returning to the last screen opened.

Very awesome rom, though. No complaints. My phone runs better than ever, and battery life is incredible.
