The 7.8 Installer Link is not working for me. When clicked, it just sends me to a blank web page... Some one please help!

I literally just downloaded.
Sam i want to have a clean slate for .247, so to confirm, do a re-install then fdr?

If you're already on 247, just boot into recovery and do the factory reset. No need to reinstall unless you've messed up the system partition.

Like I said, unless you messed with the system or preinstall partitions, then doing a factory reset will clean it up. Otherwise, yes, a reinstall + factory reset is equivalent to an FXZ.

Its still not working for me. I honestly don't know what to do. Is it because I'm on a Mac maybe?

Install of 7.8 completed on second attempt no problem
No luck still won't complete the 8/14 system.img flash... RSD is going through the motions then about a minute after getting to 8/14 text appears on that same line that says Phone returned FAIL and rsd exits. reboot phone to recovery fails and phone says
Invalid Flash Mode (S) (Boot Failure)
Battery OK
OK to program
Transfer mode
USB Connected
Invalid CG Version (CG recovery)

i wish RSD had a progress bar like it did on my old DX.

just passed RSD now installing from recovery, I love how everyting is now laid out in HOB and im shocked at how anyone could ever mess up an install.
