Dolphin's Latest Update & My GPS

Ok, so I have the latest Dolphin update, but now I see when I click on the browser it activates my GPS, and continues to run as long as the browser is open. I want to know if anyone else is experiencing this, and why does the GPS have to run when this browser is open?

I also have the latest Dolphin update. My GPS never runs like you say. Are you sure its not another app running in the background? Try killing all of the other apps and only open up Dolphin. Does it still happen then?

all programs are shut down and my GPS is coming up every time I go onto Dolphin.

I opened Dolphin and went to google.com. The GPS did come up at this point. I then went to facebook.com and espn.com. Neither of which activated the GPS. So is it only certain sites that are using GPS? Or is it consistent across every site?

Google is probably using GPS to give you "local" search results. Try changing Home Page" to another site

Yes, thats what I'm assuming. That is why i asked MICP1480 if it was his google page only.
