I lived in chandler when i was little. currently i live like 20min from their. :biggrin: im surprised to see that at least 2 people randomly on these forums are in the valley. I figured i was practically the only one. haha glad to see some nerds in the area ya know? at least your not hitting up my VZ because if you cut me in the nexus line i think i might turn into the hulk, then wed realize we both go to forums here and laugh. Then id run up and take the lead again while suddenly getting last nexus.

Ever heard the saying about talking softly and carrying a big stick. wink wink. Them's some dangerous waters...lol I'm sure it wouldn't ever come down to that, and if it did, well, there's always delivery trucks to hijack. haha

It would be cool to run into another forum member getting my Nexus.

lol,my luck id get a lot of recoil and my new nexus would be no more... It would be so sad. but then again my dad did just get a raging bull. im more of a rifleman but thats a lot of lead love comin out of a gun. kinda afraid to shoot it. I did shoot the the desert eagle in Vegas so i guess its not all different. Make a man think twice just walking in our house that for sure. (or once...if quick enough )

Insurance!! I accidently blew away my second D1 w/ a subsonic 6.8 SPC handload. I'd had the poor thing for barely 2 weeks. I'll dig up a picture of it.

As far as this extended battery talk goes, instead of getting the extended battery which only adds 250mah, I plan to get the extra battery w/ charger cradle. This will add 1850mah to my day. I have no problem swapping batteries and re-booting. I figure having two (2) 1850mah batteries will easily get me through any day, even if I use the screen or tethering a lot. With the cradle and Y-splitter cable, you can easily charge both batteries at the same time when you go to bed.

No lol, its just not a common name u see, most people that would see that name probably hasn't seen it anywhere before. I listen to trance music from Infected Mushroom and they have a track named Suliman. Was just wondering if that's where it came from was all, I'm like could it be but if u had it 14yrs then no that ain't the case lol.

Do we know how much the phone will be off contract?

EDIT: Of course, as soon as I make this post, I see something about Radio Shack advertising $799. That seems a bit steep....any clue if this would be what Verizon would be charging as well????

Anybody else having issues with there local Verizon stores confirming they have it or any info. I've called multiple stores. I'm hoping they know something tomorrow. We are 2 days away and they still give me the i don't know , we didn't see or here anything, and we didn't receive any. Very frustrating.

Stores are instructed to play dumb until it is actually announced by Verizon. Your local stores are just doing what they were told.

Yeah i get that but how close do we need to be? Do i just show up that day and assume they have it? I guess i'm nervous that I'll drive to one store and they won't have it and another will. I don't live by any major cities so it's more "smaller" Verizon stores. Just kind of freaking out i guess

I sure hope this launches Friday. Just tried to have a call on the Droid. First time it answered and continued playing the ringtone while they couldnt hear me. They called back and said it sounded like I was "driving a bathroom down the interstate with the stall door open. :blink:" Two minutes later my phone decides to put them on hold and recall them. I finally just had them call my desk... :frown:
