Wcdma reboot recurrance?

Had the wcdma reboot issue once. Fixed it with no problems. Tonight happened again. Anyone else had the phone randomly go back to that mode? I do norm keep mine in 3g for battery saving but always the auto option. Not a huge deal as its easy to fix, just annoying.

yes it's happened to me three times. very annoying. i wonder what HTC's position is on this. we shuld be letting them know so a fix comes out sooner than later.

So has this happened to anyone that has their phone set to 4g or just when set to 3g? Curious if it could be flaky with keeping the 3g settings right but fine if during reboot/shutdown the phone is set to 4g mode.
