Verizon 4G LTE Network Back Up And Running

4G has been going in and out all day today (in Northern New Jersey).

Still rocking 3G in NYC, Customer Service advises no ETA.


This is really really bad for me, since I use my phone as mobile hot spot; had to find alt way of getting internet while in the field today; what a headache.

CS advised we wipe my phone to resolve.


We did, it didn't work.


They opened a ticket for dispatch / investigation.


I live in the UWS of NYC, I only have 3G on my TB.
