Verizon 4G LTE Network Back Up And Running

Good news guys, Verizon has fully restored the network back to all the American’s that longed for their speed back. This news comes from a tweet Verizon posted saying their network is all good and ready to be put back to work. They did not say what caused it or whether it might happen again in the near future, a la blackberry servers, but let’s just hope the big scare is over.

Can anyone with a Thunderbolt confirm this news?

We don't have 4G out here in Raleigh, but I just deactivated my Wifi, and immediately got a 3G signal. Was only getting 1X yesterday, so I can confirm the data network is up and going.

I am able to get on 4G from my MiFi, but not from the TB yet. I hope it is back soon...

It is 8:14 AM April 29th.

Verizon Technical Support JUST TOLD ME THE OUTAGE IS ONGOING.

This is DAY 3.

No ETR.


I am in NYC, and I only have 3G on the phone. On day 1, I only had 1X, Day 2 through now, I've had 3G.


What the hell is going on.
