Trouble restoring my Razr

I was having some problems on my razr and tried restoring it to GB using Droid utility.
I kept being prompted With - INFOPreflash validation failure and FAILED <remote: >

Then when the utility was done,the phone installed some update package. Then i wiped the data and cache from recover and then tried to boot, and it wont go past recovery =(

I feel pretty screwed here, some one help me out. i\I just got this as a replacement this week and dont want to have to get rid of it already.

What state was your phone in that made you want to restore it?

You were not on ICS right?

What was the fix? Same error I am getting.

I am having this same problem. i had to run droid razr utility 1.82 again today to restore it. it wont come on after the restore and it gave a infopreflash validation failure when it was writing boot. how do i fix it?
