This is just a theme you need to install the default rom and then this. It is in update.zip format and has only been tested in Clockwork.


*** Clockwork Instructions ***

- Update & backup any files you wish to restore
- Place the ZIP anywhere on your sdcard
- Reboot into recovery mode (hold the power and "x" button at the same time)
- Install ZIP from sdcard
- Choose ZIP from sdcard
- Reboot and Enjoy

A couple problems:
1. UD settings is missing, but GEM settings is there(doesn't work though).
2. I get a FC trying to open up preferences in LauncherPro. Not sure if thats because I have a customized version of LauncherPro though.
3. The text on the tabs on top of the Phone app aren't very readable. Not too big of a deal though.


Other than that, it looks beautiful.

I see I forgot to change out the settings.apk from sapphire. Working on fixing this.

If you want to use the modified maps I have you need to uninstall the one in /system/app first

su
mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 dev/block/mtdblock4 system
busybox rm system/app/Maps.apk

It should install after that.
Off to get the correct settings.apk and make a quick update.

Thought it would be a quick update. Instead I started over after pushing the correct settings.apk still didn't solve the issue. I now have the correct settings.apk and redid the framework again but still can't get the tab text right even though I have the correct hex color codes in the xmls. This is the first ROM I have seen this on. Also does anyone have a "stock" version of the framework. I really hate having to fix other peoples images files when they don't put .9 guides on them.

I was just about to post that the setting doesn't work. I could flash back to my nandroid of the stock ud8 if u need it. You'd have to tell me how to tho

Thanks for the offer, but I don't need them. I have the ones that came with the rom. I just want a stock, untouched framework-res.apk and not one that has files from a mix of themes in it. Kind of hard to apply a theme onto of that. Especially when I decompile the .apk to edit xmls and then try to compile and it errors because the guides are not there.

Anyways the theme is updating to 4shared right now.
