I use the Paid version of Nova. I have tried SO many different launchers. I keep coming back to Nova, though. For really one reason only: gestures. As you can see in the SS I will attach after I post this text (because sharing pics from Tapa is so easy. Type on PC, edit on phone LOL) I have no "app drawer" on my home screen. I just swipe UP anywhere in the main screen and it opens the app drawer. Double tap on the screen launches my favorite app. Swipe up with 2 fingers locks the phone.
I can hide the notify bar.
I keep wanting to try a new launcher because I'm a launcher addict... but I keep coming back to Nova...
Asus Zen UI Launcher is my current 2nd favorite.

Yep, from this app RL KWGT Collection - Android Apps on Google Play

KWGT is all I use for widgets now. It can be confusing, but that was a pre-made widget. Select, save & done
