Screen fit issues

ok so a few of the games i have been running on my phone have randomly changed where the graphics no longer fit properly..so far this has happened with live texas hold em, armored strike lite, and flood-it. i i took a screen shot of flood-it to show you guys, but my question is if this is some defect in my phone or is it the apps? any input is much appreciated
