RSD Lite.

Well the touchscreen on my phone wont respond so I want to bring it in and see if I can get a replacement. I do have insurance on it.

But I wanted to bring it in w/ stock (no root) on it. However I can not get RSD Lite to recognize the phone.

Any suggestions, tips, or tricks?

p.s. I have checked the driver and made sure it is updated.
