Root explorer on gingerbread

Root explorer wont work, astro file doesn't show all files. Unless the bootanimation.zip is no longer in data>local folder. What apps ppl use on GB for file exploring?

Boot animation is in system/media I believe.

I've had no problems with root explorer on the GB leak. Wonder why it won't work for you?

Humph...I uninstalled...titanium to my bring it back, then uninstalled again and went thru my apk and still nada

uninstall it, then re-install it from the market.

i have no issues with root explorer or astro.

and as said above, the bootanimation.zip is located in system/media folder in GB.

alright!!! i didnt even know it was a market app; i found it in the foums for free. Now I get updates!!! for the price and how i love to switch out my boot logo's and animations, it is a real bargain! dancedroid

you know i tried astro, but it wouldnt let me cop/paste?!!? i did get access to root dir
