Random reboots after ICS?

Before ICS I would get a random reboot maybe once or twice a month. Now I get them almost every day. Has anyone else experienced this and if so do you know a fix?

I had my very first self-reboot since owning the phone. I was using it, transitioning from one page on screen to another, and suddenly I was at the red M logo.

I have not had any random reboots since I've had this phone (2 months) on GB or ICS. Perhaps a factory reset is in order, especially if the reboots have gotten significantly worse. Or at least remove your apps and add them one by one, maybe one of them is not playing nice with ICS.
