Question about the .sbf

Pretty sure I just flashed it successfully, but isn't it supposed to go back to factory settings? I got to the point on RSD where it tells me to manually reboot the phone, and I did, but everything looks the same as it does factory wise (no themes/no root). But all of my icons, and launcher pro are still in tact. All of the bloatware that I turned the apk extension to .bak is back too. I assume I did it right, any way to be sure? Also, I was not using the leaked 2.2.

I'm only doing this because of the rumored soon to come out 2.2 OTA. And I only have spare time tonight to do this.
