Verizon has no input on this phone. Google will update when it wants.So does getting this phone directly from Google mean I won't have to wait for Verizon to decide when I get updates?

Once you get going with out all the carrier and manufacturer bloat (TouchWiz) It's hard to go back. I assume I've never gone back.Thanks guys. I have the Note 5 now, but the buzz around this phone caught my attention. I've had zero interest in Nexus phones until now simply because the cameras were awful, but supposedly this one is much better. Hopefully this doesn't feel like a huge step backwards coming from a Note 5.
