Do you think it would be a good move to go to SPRecovery?

I use Clockwork simply because it is easy to download and backup i.e. you don't have to manually boot into recovery to do things like that. If you do flash SP and use it make sure you make backups.

I would say if you are still having issues go into recovery and wipe data/cache and start all over from scratch again....

As long as you have one working backup....I prefer to have two since there is so much space on the sd card

If you are like me I have every backup I've made. At least 50 including the Virgin backup. Most are on my computer

I don't look back, so I wipe out all but the last two I made -- except the one with the 1970 date code. That one's just too [no mod edit 'cause I did it myself without even editing] cool to lose.
