They are the same except for the battery.
Verizon support twitter saying ics released today but could take 3 to 4 Weeks to be pushed to all phones.... Lame
That's a buffer zone, usually everyone see's the update relatively soon after the soak is a success.
So I repeat my original question: Once someone gets this and can host the file, can we all upgrade from that instead of waiting for the OTA???

Maybe the release and soak are going to be simultaneous and that they know any bugs will Be small and be better of if they are fixed in a later update.

there is a front page posting too... this makes little sense? I got invited to soak test along with others but we've yet to get it and yet to hear anything otherwise. Now they release a official statement saying everyone is getting it today? I just checked and nothing yet so very very odd!
