It should give you the charge only option when you plug it in to usb... or pull down the usb notification and select there when you are plugged in...

Nevermind, I got it! I'm rooted baby!

Yeah I did. The problem was that I changed it to charge only after it was plugged in, after I already had it on usb debugging so I unlicked it, then reclicked it and it worked.

Its after the root that will brick it. Careful about freezing apps.

    little bit of an issue...
Found the 32 bit drivers HERE and installed
downloaded the root package and extracted
    Turned on USB debugging

When I click on the Oneclickroot it starts for a few seconds but then I get the windows
    error report pop screen BS

    Any ideas?

Also, The Unroot process isnt really laid out anywhere. Is it pretty straightforward? Another thread says its possible with this.

Really just need to install some older apps that are no longer on the market. I will do this with the titanium backup rename SD card method and then unroot in case something happens to the phone in warranty.

    Thanks!
