Google Framework Services won't stop "Computing"

I'm trying to force the JB update and can't even get the GFS to stop saying "Computing". I've only gotten it to compute twice. And can't remember what exactly I did to get it to compute. I've been Turning Mobile Data Off, Wifi on, and even trying Airplane Mode on, and nothing.

Any help?!
