    Hi All.

Heres the deal. I have the updated software for the Nexus. Not rooted. After awhile I noticed that I could not unlock my phone. Like the touch screen just won't work. The vol and power button worked, but then after you hit the power button lt pops up shutdown etc. But since the touch screen did work , I can't select anything. So I pulled the battery. Now the phone boots to the Google theme and then goes thru the colors or whatever. But just as it is about to go to the home screen it would reboot again back to the Google theme. It does this as long as you let it. If it gets back to the home screen then maybe the touch will work and sometimes it don't. When I take it to Verizon store then it works. LOL Cant get the issue to show up in the store. Need to start backing up my stuff. Please help I love this phone.

    1. You need to do a Factory Reset. Use the "Alternate Method" on this page: Hard Reset - Galaxy Nexus by Samsung

If this doesn't correct your issue, contact Verizon.

    Good luck.
