I am currently using the paid version of Poweamp. Is there a better one out there.

    Thanks!

    Have you tried TTpod

Good player. Decent interface. It even scrolls the lyrics...IF... the sang is in chinese. Seriously everything is solid except it rarely finds the correct lyrics for the current song.
IT has a nice feature where you can shake it to go to the next song. I can be playing music while my navigation is showing and shake it to the next song. Very cool feature.

There's only one music player I use. Google Music. I uploaded a lot of my music so there's no point in having it also on the device IMHO.

I like it for streaming also but I try very hard to keep my media local as streaming over 3g/4g seems to take much more power than just playing music on my phone. Over wifi its much better but I think it still uses the batter maybe 2 times faster.
