3G Issue

Had my new Incredible for two weeks, and 3G has stopped working twice. The "3G" logo disappears and when I go into network settings, the Mobile Network is greyed out and says searching for network. I was definitely in good reception area and was showing 3 or 4 bars. Any ideas on what might be going on...and how to fix? thanks
