UD 2.3 Phone Fix "Here"

Does anyone know if this fixes an issue with the actual dialing? I installed 2.3 Friday evening and had noticed on Saturday when I tried to go into my PM it took a couple of tries for system to accept my password. Thought I was just clumsy. Then last night I had a club conference call and dialed the number for that; when I would enter the pin, it kept coming back with incorrect pin, including multiples of numbers entered. I tried a number of times and finally had to quickly restore a Bugless backup, which then worked fine. I then restored back to 2.3 with Chrome theme (I had been running 24K) and tried entering a password, with same incorrect results; then flashed back to stock 2.3 and it was the same as well.
