Talked to a kind tech rep who informed me that some of the outages or signal fluctuations people may be having are do to network maintenance or if they turn on a new lte network it could cause networks in other areas to fluctuate. It's a new technology and they are going through groeig pains so to save people from waiting on hold for 15 mins to hear what you already know and to save you from a csr from trying to send you a clnr when there is nothing wrong with your device. We as a community can inform each other when we are experiencing a temporary outage. Before reporting an outage I ask you let us know if you running a stock or rooted device. What Rom. Do a reboot of your device to make sure.
If you experience a network outage switch to rev a via ##778# edit mode modem, switch to rev a and do.a reboot. To switch back do the same thing but click ehrpd.

The network outage may be temporary and may also be limited to certain area. If you report a network outage let us know when you arr back on. So basically this is the tbolt lte network outage thread.

Right now it's not really an outage just network fluctuations so you may be full 3g or LTE one minute and 1x 30 seconds later. If the fluctuation are to a point where you can't use your Pandora or other services switch to rev a for now. It should stabilize by monday. Hope this help.
