And our neighbor works in search quality, he probably wouldn't know either. But maybe he could enhance my search quality of "nexus release date"

depends on where you live, how many people where you live want the phone, how many vzw stores are near the area.... alot of factors.

With all the hype/advertizing still over the Razr, I think this phone will be a sleeper. People on this forum are the only ones that are salivating over it. I don't think it will come close to selling out of stock...but that's just my opinion. Take it for what it's worth.

Honestly when you tell most people that you're running Gingerbread but ICS is comming.... my experience has been "I thought it was Android?" Lol. Outside of forums and blogs most have no idea about the Galaxy Nexus! Which is just fine by me... Im just wondering if I should pick it up in store or online order... online ordering is tough. You know its yours and still have to wait for it lol

If they do announce nexus will come out friday i will gauge the whole VZ store. Prolly drive by every 2 hours at 12am like a stalker to see if anyone is waiting. Lol, silent majority worries me. I should just wait like black friday as soon as school lets out just grab a chair and gotta have drinks and just wait it out. This is my extreme talking btw. Prolly not going to happen.

I called a vzw store near me. They only are getting a first shipment of 10 phones. Seems kinda low, and a few people already called to pre-order. Yes, I just said preorder. I put myself on the calling list. I hope I get one!

Nice! I laughed out loud at work and got some stares. My response: "Its ok guys. It was a Samsung Galaxy Nexus joke."

really people complaining about the box? What do you plan to do with the box after you open the phone? I mean if you are using it to build your intergalactic space cruiser, than maybe I could understand wanting the box to be "pretty".
