VZW released the Gnexus.

So what does that mean for us in the US? Glad to see VZW's UK co get it but that doesn't mean a damn thing for those of us impatiently waiting in the states.

I have not heard that VZW officially announced the GNex, only thing I've seen is rumors and speculations of a December 8th or 11th release.

Don't forget the rumors of the 2nd, 9th, or window of 12/1 to 12/31.

I'm going with "window of 12/1 to 12/31" since I do believe a spokesperson stated it would be out "in December", and not to mention the fact that the 2nd, 9th, or the more rumored 8th ALL fall within that window. :biggrin:

I can't wait to have the ICS goodness and Nexus. I read Engadget's review twice in a row. It is such a big step for Android. I can't wait to get this on my OG Transformer!

I think we got it all wrong. The phone doesn't actually have a release date because it wont be released. As the new year rolls in, just as everyone starts yelling "happy new year " at midnight on new years Eve your current android headset will burst into a multicolored cloud of dust and materialize into a galaxy nexus.
