i just logged in and the live chat requests started to pop up
Didn't work for me... dang.
At this screen: Set Your Location see a Chat Now option in the top right!

actually now that it think about it, you just go to upgrade phone, then log in then itll start popping up. upgrade phone is in my verizon

I think all these slimy vzw weasels really do know about it, but they are obligated by vzw to not say anything. I just have a gut feeling because of the repetitive "I do not have this information."

remember to copy and paste the whole thing every once in a while so you dont lose the chat

Those CS representatives are clueless , they couldn't care less to learn about new phones and I bet most of them truly have no idea what a GN is . On the other hand I found some phone numbers for some big shots at VZ , like director of operations or PR Managers , I was thinking to start texting them questions :icon_evil:

i just added it to my post on the other thread kongo, imma actually read it now
that was actually really good kongo.
it really shows that each verizon rep knows a bit of whats going on and you can get different answers from different reps. so the more the merrier.
