Wow, that was pretty cheap.
I was able to obtain a GN from my local verizon rep as a demo model last week.
Been playing with it and its a fantastic device.
in regards to the release date, i have the phone till 12-15 and then i have to send it back.
do you think verizon would release the GN before a demo is due back?
the last time i had a demo unit from verizon the actual phone was released about a month later...

I don't think the Nexus will release a month after the 15th. I don't think the stores will hold the Nexus for 6 weeks without selling it. Generally it is a week or less.

My wife was up at BJ's today and asked about if they were going to have it there.

I'd like some screenies, it would be much appreciated. What version of ICS is on the demo unit?
I think it's coming this week as most everyone else does, the fact that you have until the 12th-15th means nothing towards a release date IMO. They gave you about two weeks with the demo unit which sounds like a release was coming within those two weeks. Another month and it would be the next year and they said before the end of the year. They will get a lot of angry phone calls if they do not deliver before the year's out.

i was hoping to hear that.. i showed it to a co-worker today and she sent her husband some screenshots who flat out said they were fake.
let her take it to him at lunch... he is envious to say the least.
