Even though you got it through radio shack, if it is with a verizon plan, I would contact verizon and see if they will replace it. Although, so far that has not worked for anyone with the gs3 yet, it is still worth a try. It seems that with it being such a new phone that already has reports of shattered glass that, to me, it is a defect... imho!

I laid down on my driveway to look under my car, my 2 week old S3 slid out of my pocket, maybe an inch to the ground while I was on my back, picked it up and the screen was shattered. Unbelievable. Had a case on order, but too late for that now. Want to raise a stink to let Verizon and Samsung know this is obviously an issue. I baby this phone other than this one miss-hap.

I have owned the samsung galaxy 1 and samsung galaxy 2. I never encountered this issue with the predecessors. This by far has the cheapest glass in a smartphone currently out. It will be a miracle if anybody can make it two years without replacing the glass. I personally had mine crack after being enclosed in a very protective case and falling all of 18 inches onto a PLUSH carpeted floor. If you search the internet. These are an unreal amount of customers that are experiencing the same issue.
